Amped Up 6 week Bootcamp

Hello, I’m Melanie, a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and I would love for you to join me in a 6 weeks program where we will work on –
*Toning your Arms
*Strengthening your Core
*Lifting the booty
*Refocusing our mind on the positive things our body can do while getting a great entire body workout
This program is designed for beginner to intermediate levels. While the workouts will be short, they will be tough so bring your A game and prepare to see big changes over the next 6 weeks!
With this program you will get:
  • 3 weekly 30-40minute in-person workouts at Valley Grove Baptist Fitness room
  • 2 days of Quick burns (10-12mins) to do at home on your own time
  • Personal Accountability from me
  • Weekly “Mind and Spirit” checks where you will be encouraged to refocus your thinking from all the negative we are seeing back to something positive
  • Weekly Meal Plan form with suggestions for overall good nutrition
  • Pre-Program Check In to document your starting level
  • Post-Program to document ending and celebrate your accomplishments
  • Access to private facebook group where we will host daily challenges, prize giveaway and encouragement for those tough days
  • Discount on optional drop in classes held at Valley Grove throughout the challenge
$85 for the first 2 weeks then $100 after – DEADLINE Friday, OCT 1st.
