Intercessory Prayer Ministry
The Intercessory Prayer Ministry exists to pray around the clock, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Having an Intercessory Prayer Ministry allows VGBC to experience "total prayer saturation", covering the personal, corporate and kingdom elements of prayer. It encourages church members to focus their efforts on praying for others and sharing Christ. Prayer requests for a specific minstry can be organized in a systematic way so that the most effective prayer support is given to seek God's provision, to accomplish what He has called us to do, and that is to pray. God answers specific prayers with specific answers and it is then that the church begins to see that it is God, and God alone, who is leading and providing for the ministries of His church (so it bears fruit), and the health and spiritual needs of our church family.
