Multimedia & Sound Ministry
The Multimedia and Sound Ministry is responsible for making sure that the congregation is able to focus on worship during each worship service and special events that take place in the sanctuary.
Our goal is to be an invisible part of each worship service to enhance the congregation's ability to worship through sight and sound.
The multimedia presentation team operates the three projectors in the sanctuary using PowerPoint on a personal computer, a VCR, and a DVD player;
The lighting team operates a 48-channel lighting board that controls all of the lights in the sanctuary;
The sound team uses up to four 16-channel digital sound boards. They monitor the sound in the sanctuary for the congregation as well as individual mixes for the musicians and vocalists;
The digital recording and post-processing team records each service (Sunday morning worship, Wednesday Prayer Meeting, and other events that take place in the sanctuary) and uses the recordings to prepare the radio broadcast as well as any requested tapes or CDs.
